It's definitely possible.

You are right. The question is how big are Geno and Wilson's flaws? That's the difference between us draft geeks and the real scouts. Dorsey and Reid will have a good idea of where they should go and then allow for a rise in stock because of position. It's not as big of a gamble as you think imo.

I'll tell you what scares me more than anything else. It is the thinking that we can take LT at no 1, then trade back in to the first to get our QB. How's Geno Smith in a Raider uniform sound to you?

Has there been any info at that it's a chronic thing and not just an injury? Albert suited up for most of the final games even though he didn't start so it doesn't seem like it was all that bad. It might even have been a case of "Pioi-itis".

I haven't heard of Albert's back problems until this year. What makes you guys think this thing of his is chronic?

And even if it is, why should it worry us THIS YEAR? It's not like he's going to be out with a bad back for all 16 games.

If it creeps up again this season, then we should just draft a LT in 2014. Bam. Problem solved. We get our QB AND a healthy LT.

I think the whole "Albert's back is broken forever" thing originally came from people wanting to draft a LT. There hasn't been anything to suggest it's chronic.

Getting booed at a pro-bowl isn't a common thing.
