I used to think that till i got my second dog now they both stare At the same spot then follow something across the room to the wall, then walk off like nothing happened. My wifes convinced its spirits i really dont care as long It doesnt affect me.

When they were 3-4 respectively, my son and daughter both said that sometimes people would come into their room and talk to them at night when we lived in alaska.

They still vaguely remember it too.
