Before the year, did anyone think that we would have the edge on a Verlander Vs. Vargas matchup?

According to Vegas,Verlander and the Tigers are a -150 favorite

I hate having the defeatist attitude, but I would be pretty content with a split here.

Have to at least split the series. The Tigers look like they might be a little livelier than they were 3-4 games ago. You knew they would stay in this funk forever. Tonight is a big game. Verlander has looked vulnerable all season, and we need to get on him early, if possible.
