University of Iowa's campus bus rides.

Ricky Stanzi demanded the Board of Regents implement a bus program. It was granted.

They must have crappy boosters there if all you get is a bus pass.

Odds of that are 75-80% yes

Most of the booster money was funneled to Stanzi, which he donated to children's football schools in Africa.

Did Stanzi know where he was going and got off the bus himself, or did the bus driver have to pull over and tell him it was time to get off?
