I get that, and I sure as hell cared. I was more pissed at Sean Smith for being a DUMBASS than I was at Fisher for being a pussy. I completely agree in that it would have made a difference. AT the very least, Fleming would not have seen the field as much, thus 5-head would not have been able to single him out. The Cheating Donx exploited that advantage to the fullest. Losing SS for that opening stretch was complete bullshit, too.

When he got his DUI, the penalty was a fine, no suspension.

The whole season plays out differently if GODell doesn't screw us.

It's no guarantee we win any more games even if he never got suspended, but I'd like to think we would have beaten Denver and that changes the whole energy of the team from that point forward.
