We do two. The first is a Swedish dinner complete with lutefisk, potataskorv, meatballs, lingonberries, home made rye bread and homemade cardamom bread

The second is a huge prime rib a couple days later

Just curious, does anyone actually eat the lutefisk?

Keystone Light? I don't drink it... I mean I have... I just named it because of it's place as a skank beer. I won't judge you though.

Nothing at all wrong with the stones.

No not so much. Keith Stone is so smooth. Always.

I drink skank beer just not often Keystone. If I go all skanky I'm more likely to go PBR.

I change up the Christmas meal every year. Its actually the gift I give my parents so we head home and I bring all the grub and we feast on Christmas eve.

This year the menu is as follows.

Parmesan and Walnut stuffed dates
Blue Cheese and Walnut spread served with apples
Beef Tenderloin with garlic herb butter
Caramelized carrots, potatoes, and brussel Sprouts
Bread and butter
Apple Crisp

I was in Napa last week and bought some outstanding red wine from two different small producers. We will be drinking "F" in Red from the Fleury Estate Winery and Cutt from Hunnicutt Wines. Can't wait to drink the wine!

Sunday night we will have spaghetti and meatballs.

Yasure youbetcha we do. Its an acquired taste when my son was a little guy even he liked it. There are some ways to prepare it that are really horrid. Usually those crazy Norwigians have that. They have always been an odd lot though.
