Most of it is, yes. Washington, Arizona, UCLA, and WSU aren't, though. At least three of those teams make it....maybe all of them.

I'll bet you a six pack Wazzou doesn't make the NCAA. I doubt they make the NIT.

Sure, it will be something interesting to watch for. I think they'll get in the NIT for sure.

The turnovers are really starting to become a problem I'm not sure will get fixed....at least to the degree it needs to be in order to beat really good teams. Losing Clemente and Sutton (underrated ball handler) has hurt, and the guards haven't shown they can accept the challenge of protecting the ball. Free thrown shooting on top of it will be the downfall of this team, whenever they lose. That said, this team gets after it on D and on the glass, and that will be enough to win a lot of games.

We lost to Ole Miss last season. Enough said. They will improve.

Exactly why so many games in college basketball are pointless.

This team is learning to play O without Denis running the Point. It'll come in time. For now, we'll probably continue to have more games like these. Buckle in, it's gonna be a bumpy (but fun) ride.

These non-conference games lack the meaning of NCAA football regular season games, sure, but I wouldn't say there are pointless.

They are fun. You will have a tough time qualifying for the tournament if you drop too many of these type of games.

That learning better take shape soon. This team (at times) looks terrible when running half court sets. And again last night when the opportunity to push the ball upcourt presented itself, they fumbled the ball in the lane or pulled the ball out.

Amen - looked like a poorly-played HS game. KSU gonna have a rough road in the Big XII this year. Game in and game out, some of the worst offense and FT shooting out of a "top 5" team you will ever see. Kelley seems like a really neat kid though :rolleyes:

Pullen seems to be the only player on KSU that can scream at his coach during timeouts, louder than Kelley.

I didn't watch last nights game, just saw the highlights. But I did catch the UCLA game. UCLA is probably the best 3-3 team I've ever seen, the highlights last night showed that WSU was not a very good undefeated team.
