Wanna make some money?

The Steelers are only favored by 13 right now and that line will move the closer it gets to Monday night...I bet it goes over 16 by game time.

The over/under is set at 42 1/2, too.

We all know Haley is gonna destroy our secondary all day long. Jalil Brown and Javier Arenas covering Mike Wallace and Antonio Brown? BWAHAHAHAA

Time too make a hefty profit on Piolis exit from KC, guys.

A nice 3 teamer is probably Indy to cover against Jacksonville (Colts are favored by 2 1/2) and Pittsburgh to cover and take the over.

That usually pays 6:1 on a 3 teamer.

Get some.

Simply Red 11-08-2012 01:19 AM

Hammock Parties 11-08-2012 01:20 AM

Hook me up with a link or something.

Time to make back the money I spent on 3 trips to Arrowhead for these frauds.

BossChief 11-08-2012 01:27 AM

I haven't bet online in some time. Ask Rick, he probably knows exactly who to use to be able to get your payout quickly.

I use a local guy that I know I can trust that will have cash ready for me tuesday morning.

Dayze 11-08-2012 01:39 AM

Chiefs will pull a lucky rabbit's foot out of their ass and either win, or it'll be like 14-10; 20-17 etc.

Personally, I hope they lose by 40.

The Steelers raped the 2008 Patriots because of Cassel's shittiness.

Think about this, bro.

Jalil Brown, Travis Daniels and Javier Arenas are gonna have to try and cover Mike Wallace, Heath Miller and Antonio Brown all night.

Now, think about our offense against their defense and Dick Lebeau scheming against Matt Cassel.

This is as close to a lock as it gets in the NFL.

If the Chargers, Tampa and Buffalo destroy us by more than 13...how can you think the Pittsburgh Steelers wont?

Factor in the Haley factor and this is as close to a lock as it gets.

oh, I don't think they will. I meant to say "watch the chiefs pull a win out of there ass" etc. sarcastically. Winning a game they have no business winning etc. that would be the worst thing for the cause.

I think we'll get prison raped. repeatedly. and the fact that the game is on MNF makes it even more awesome.

BossChief 11-08-2012 01:57 AM

Look what BUFFALO did to us. Or Atlanta. Or SD in either game.

Pittsburgh will probably win by over 30

Dayze 11-08-2012 02:15 AM

what are our significant injuries? not that it will matter, just curious.

B_Ambuehl 11-08-2012 02:19 AM

I wouldn't make that bet. RAC is too familiar with Haley's offense and the Steelers go conservative really quick. The Steelers should easily win, but they don't often blowout teams by that margin. A 10 point win for the Steelers is like a 21 point win by most teams. If they get ahead by 10 vs the Casshole the game will be over and they'll pack it in and play field position.

RunKC 11-08-2012 02:22 AM

We've played the Steelers really well the last 2 times, and that was with a shitty 2009 team and Tyler Palko.

Nothing is a certainty.

Hammock Parties 11-08-2012 02:27 AM

Both games we played against Pittsburgh were at home.

We have only played in Pittsburgh ONCE in the last 20 years and we got crushed 45-7.

Dayze 11-08-2012 03:03 AM

.......so you're saying there's a chance

Johnny Vegas 11-08-2012 03:12 AM

I'm gonna be in Vegas that Monday for the game so I'm definitely putting a bet on that game.

1adam1238 11-08-2012 03:51 AM

I'm in Nevada and have never bet against the Chiefs. When I see this type of match up I usually just don't bet it. With my luck, if I make this bet, the Chiefs will score just enough in junk time to screw me.

Dayze 11-08-2012 03:52 AM

Don't screw this up for us.

Dr. Gigglepants 11-08-2012 06:39 AM

Had the same thought last night. Wife is in LV for business. Told her to put $10 on Pit, Ind, and Miami. Miami is a 6point favorite over Tennessee.

BlackHelicopters 11-08-2012 07:05 AM

If I win this parlay, I am donating it all to the Scott Pioli hair plug fund.

ForeverChiefs58 11-08-2012 07:47 AM

I think this is going to be a very easy bet. Antonio Brown might be limited, but that won't matter, Wallace should have a big enough game for both of them. Haley knows WR's very well, and they have to be licking their chops at us right now.

I also like your Colts pick as well.

Even though Andrew Luck has passed for 2 TD's and 6 INT's on the road compared to 8 TD's and 2 INT's at home, the Jags are 0-4 at home this season and have been outscored 126-34in those games. Good luck everyone!

The line opened at 11x and has moved 1 to 12x. There's no way in hell it moves to 16 by Monday.
Of course if you're using a "local guy" I guess it's possible that he hedges his lines.

uninvited 11-08-2012 11:03 AM

not that it changes our chances much, but I believe that Antonio Brown will miss the game with an injury. Sanders will take over for him at receiver and on returns. Cotchery will also get more touches at slot.

Woodchuck 11-08-2012 11:06 AM

You are crazy if you bet on Pittsburgh to cover the spread imo. There are just way to many intangibles and unknowns in this one.

its called gambling for a reason. :p

Lono 11-08-2012 11:09 AM

I took vtech+14.5, indy and the under in a 3 teamer.... if that hits, I will be betting it all on Pitt.
I've had a nice little run the last 3 weeks, started with $30 and up to $1500. Doesn't always happen like that but it's been a nice run. Took out $800 of it last week and gave it to the wife for christmas.

I would put $20 on KC if I were you. I think emotions will be running high. People say Haley is going to wear out our defense but, I think RAC will take him to school. Pittsburgh will probably win but there is no way in hell they will wear us out. KC has had this game circled on the calender imo.

No doubt will I put money on KC to win. $50 MAYBE $100 depending if I win some money out of a slot machine. I will also have to put a bet in to make up for the loss just in case. All in all I just like to put in bets with underdogs that have a high payout if they do win. Would make the trip to Vegas so much sweeter.

vailpass 11-08-2012 11:22 AM

The surest way to queer a bet is to recommend it to a friend.

Lono 11-08-2012 11:23 AM

If everyone in America takes Pitt, the line could move to as close as 15-16. If that happens, I may change my mind and go with KC.

Predarat 11-08-2012 11:42 AM

What a concept, I could use a little fuel myself, and we could all use a little change.

Some sports books won't allow you to double bang a bet like that on a teaser.

It's smart practice; the odds of the Steelers covering while not hitting the over are pretty minute. You're getting way too easy of an odds multiplier there and a lot of books just won't take the bet.

But yeah, that seems like pretty easy money.

In 2003, I probably made 40k on 3 teamers that were The Chiefs and the over and a quasi sure thing as the third part.

If I had taken the opposing team and the over this year...I would have cleaned up to this point and there is nothing on the Chiefs roster that indicates that's gonna change anytime soon.

I'm kinda scared of the over on this one though...I don't think Pittsburgh is gonna allow anything free in garbage time.

I don't believe in rabbits feet or the tooth fairy and I certainly offer advice to my friends on bets and haven't pissed anyone off in a long time...except when they pussy out.
