The LMGs came up from the Le Moyne Gardens projects in the late 80's and engaged in a brutal street war with the Gangster Disciples.

The LMGs leader, G-Train, was like Nino Brown of Memphis, giving out X-Mas presents, hosting 4th of July Parties, and dressing up in rival gang colors to kill them with subterfuge.

They started slanging crack, especially at G-Train's club, The Underground, turning huge profits, so the cops armed up to stop them.
