I think that 610 just reported that he's practicing.

Not sure though. I was on the phone.

I watched him running the length of the field with Browning and Jr....he looked pretty good, not like he was having back problems..they were running full speed at the end of the drill.

My thoughts and impressions too.

If the coaches would lighten their training camp expectations and requirements for him, this may not be his last year. I heard an NFL player say the other day on the radio that training camp is what makes some players decide to retire. In his opinion if the coaches would let Shields and Roaf off the hook in training camp, they may play an extra year or two.

BOTH of those guys are being givin' tremendous "leniency" from what I observed this past weekend over 5 practices....other than maybe conditioning stuff in the weight room and cardiovascular stuff....which they gotta get--otherwise, we will be screwed.

Snaps were very limited for both; contact was light, and the only "live" snaps they saw were in the 9-on-7 or 11-on-11 drills....and even in those, they only got half or less of the "first team" snaps.
