I dont give a hoot if its real or not, in my mind he's already long gone, its not even worth discussing imo.
He's been hammered enough, let him move on in peace... this has moved well beyond him. |

Like I said in my earlier thread, Cassel saw an opportunity to fall on the sword for the betterment of the team and to finally remove himself from the constant ridicule. Pioli wasn't going to remove him, but Cassel knew it had to be done.

Not sure if it's been said in this thread, but your head doesn't actually have to hit something to cause a concussion. A sudden jerk to the head, even without impact can cause one.

I just can't believe there is no other camera angle. I would love to see how hard his head actually hit the ground. From what I saw, I don't see how that hit knocked his ass clean the **** out

Winston stood over him, and Cassel was stuck by Winston's massive teardrops.

I can't stand watching anymore of Cassel & from that angle I don't see the hit doing much damage, but...
I took a pretty big dirt nap in a motocross race a few year back. I remember my chin guard hitting the bars and everything going black. I "woke up" several yards away from where my quad met my face when the back of my helmet hit the dirt. My body ate up 90% of the crash but the back of my helmet hitting the ground as I came to rest is what ****ed me up the worst. As I tried to gather my thoughts I had the same confused look on my face as Cassel clearly has as he sits up. It literally feels like your brain is spinning in your skull. If he's acting he did a pretty damn good job of getting the last part right. It doesn't take much of a blow to the back of your head to really mess a guy up. |
