Grilled turkey and swiss on white with honey mustard and a Michelina's (some REAL gourmet) cheese ravioli doctored with a bit of olive oil, milk, real butter and oregano... then nuked to PERFECTION, with a side of Lays regular.

Inmem58 strikes as a bit of a redneck, but he's got pretty sophisticated cooking skills. I'm impressed.

I know, I would have to live in San Fran or Los Angeles. That's the biggest downfall into making this decision. I really want no part of Los Angeles and I still haven't found a way to afford SF and go to school at the same time. Very complicated.

Oh, I thought you lived in LA?

And yea, I couldn't afford to live in SF, just working and not going to school.

I live about 2 hours away from Los Angeles maybe a little less and 3.5 hours away from San Fransisco. Bakersfield CA is where I live.

Spent the day on the water scalloping so tonight...

Fresh-caught bay scallops, home-grown basil, spicy garlic tomato sauce over penne pasta. Awesome.

I grilled cod for fish tacos. Pineapple salsa with red onion, cilantro, jalapeņo, habanero. Corn tortillas and grilled corned on the cob. Mojitos for a drink.
