He's getting so big! He's almost an inch long! He's shedding his skin again. It's really cool to watch.

It's funny to watch. He scratches himself with his hind legs like a dog would. He's about done.

I had no idea. Damn. I learned something today.

I missed it! I went to get new batteries to put in my camera. As I was taking them out, he was swimming like crazy and all of his old skin was just hanging off of his hind leg. By the time I turned the camera on, he was done.

I have never seen a frog, or a snake for that matter, shed its skin. I live such a boring, sheltered life. :deevee:

I had a pet snake named Bernie... he she his skin. Eventually he died, and I threw him in a dumpster.

I love pets.

Coolest snake ever... he ate goldfish, if you can believe that. I'd just put them in his water dish, and he'd hunt 'em down.
