I guess if you want to call rules and laws the same thing, sure.

weed makes you lazy, stupid and unsuccessful. can't believe he's gone this far without being thrown in prison. he deserves to stay in prison for the sake of the kids. In fact him and Hernandez can share a cell together for all I care.

Not really. It's still in violation of federal law.

Federal Law doesn't apply. It's in the State Constitution. Either way he'll do his time and make the correction, or he won't play int he NFL.

False. Recreational consumption is legal in Colorado now. It has been since the results of the vote last year were certified - December 2012 I believe.

It's recreational sales that aren't legal yet.

What a waste of ****ing time.

I'm sure the NFL could find something better to focus on that busting weed smokers.

I dislike this guy as much as anyone else, but what exactly does weed do to either enhance your performance or physically harm your body?

It doesn't, but it's their rules and he broke them.

Dane knows a guy that uses it as a PED.

I think Von has a case in court however if it was prescribed by a Doctor, but it won't ever get to that point.

Buck 07-22-2013 10:23 AM

So who are the Broncos first 4 games against?

Rain Man 07-22-2013 10:25 AM

I'd never thought about this before, but if it's legal to do drugs in Colorado and Washington (and they work out all of the legal conflicts), will the Seahawks and Broncos end up with a huge advantage in free agency? It's hard to imagine that all the drug-using players wouldn't find that attractive. You could almost recruit from the suspension list if you're those two teams, and get players for a significant discount.
