He's worse than he was as a rookie. He's definitely not a starting caliber player. One thing that I think would be worth looking at is the bust rate of QBs whose teams were overwhelmingly run-oriented with defensive-minded HCs. I have no evidence to prove if it's higher than normal, but it definitely seems that way. That's probably a chicken-or-egg debate, but in the modern NFL I think the best way to develop a QB is to have him pass on first down rather than run. Ryan and Schotty did it completely backwards.
