NFLPA has a free ride program in each city, so the players don't need to spend a dime. The player makes a call and a car service takes him home for free.

The league has suspended other players after multiple DUIs. See: Vincent Jackson, Jared Allen.

Not only that, but most teams (I admit I don't know for sure about the Broncos) offer DD services to their players, so it's not like they'd be calling your normal, everyday cab.

The only way he misses this weekend's game is team discipline unfortunately. His suspension will come down next year, won't it?
