I think we have issues already. I did the firstrace against Lamar, then after that,it just gives you online tips over and over and it wont get passed it. Page keeps flipping for online tips, but you cant get out of it at all.

I get out of dudes car and go to the blue circle and start waiting for players to join even though i said invite only and then basically lock up and have to dashboard. Done it twice now on my 3rd go.

I've had to disconnect like 3 times. I get logged in with my guy and the blue circle isn't there. Lol.

Probably too much overload on the servers. It'll prolly be worse this evening. It took me about an hour before I could actually do the tutorial, but afterwards I had a fun time. Me and a couple buddies just kept messing with everyone in our server lol. Either running them over or gunnin' em down. Police chases are a blast when you got a crew with you. Watch you backs out there :p

Need a little recon - is there a maximum # for crew members when you play with a crew?

I think there can only be 16 people in a server at a time? Could be wrong though. You can go to he Rockstar Social Club website and actually register a crew. Sorry can't post a link.

I know someone has made a ps3 crew, not sure if they are cross-platform or not. And yes, most games have server issues when they open the floodgates all at once. GTA V is the best selling game of all time, what do you expect? people are HAMMERING the servers. AS it dies down, and they scramble to make adjustments I am sure it will be fine.

Nah i joined just fine. it goes by rockstar accounts which you can link all of your accounts too.. mine is 360 and games for windows live.

where it says ps3 has a little arrow beside it and it shows all of the above.

I'm in. I should be on later tonight assuming I can log in to play MP.

I actually keep trying to set it as 360-focused, but Social Club is weird and also hammered, sooooo vOv. If PS3 people want to organize under that banner, though, I fully welcome you duders. Also, I thought this was going to be the first game I actually bothered doing voice chat with in forever, but my headset died years ago and now that I've tried my roommate's, it's well beyond a point I'd feel comfortable inflicting upon other people. Are there any good+cheap 360-compatible (preferably something versatile?) mics swirling around the internet these days?

Okay. Well, what I found out was this. I had gotten to a point in the offline story, right after the mission where you are scouting for the big heist, and right before bury the hatchet.

Nothing was moving forward, I did every side mission for both Trevor, and Franklin, but cant utilize Michael at all.

I too, am winning completely LAUNCHING or, waiting for other players.

here is what I found out.

Uninstall your game, then reinstall it, BUT DO NOT INSTALL THE GAME DISC.

The first disk yes, your game disk no.

FFS. All I see is people online, and yet, im sitting here waiting to LAUNCH.

after all day of trying to launch the damn tutorial race it finally let me race vs Lamar only. Damn I hate that guy, wish i could pop him. But once you get in with some friends, this shit is pretty badass.

Is it even working the times I tried nothing worked.

****. Look forward to playing all damn day, get home and the shit won't load. Oh well, back to single player for now
