No you don't... It will discolor your vehicle, unless it happens to be colored cream white to begin with. Which is why you haven't seen any demonstrations on a vehicle. And it would probably cost around $500-1000 for enough to coat your vehicle, which would last only a few weeks..

2-8 months is a pretty huge window. What about wear, though? Not just incidental contact, but if you put it on a pair of boots or work gloves, how long will it last?
