Any of you who read the Star this morning, would have read the article where Flanagan critiqued Elvis' performance. And for anyone who didn't, to say it was less than flattering, is putting it mildly. I answered his column with an email, which was not exactly kind to him, but basically, ask why none of the reporters went after the real problem, being the coaching staff. Unfortunately, I also resorted to name calling which I am not proud of. He answered me, with typical sarcasm, ala Player of the Year, future Hall of Famer, etc., etc., but no where in his reply did he answer why none of the Star reporters, have gone after Gunther and crew. This was before I read the Pos article. Now I know, why I enjoy reading his columns more than the rest. Flanagan is a punk, that should stick to high school sports.

I thought that was pretty funny, of course I'm a sick individual.

Those emails he talked about, anyboby on this board know anything about that? Hmm, kcred? :) I thought it was a great article, and hit the nail on the head. I still think Grbac could have won the game anyways, if he had just thrown the ball away. But it still gets to the fundamental problem - the coaches.
