Has nothing to do with NE. Bill is just a helluva coach. One of the best ever.

He had 1 winning season in 6 prior to Brady. Either he completely changed or it was something else...

If the Browns didn't bolt for Baltimore, think his success rate would of been higher there. Mid 90's seems so damn long ago, but it seemed like the Browns were on the right track until Art Modell announced he was packing his shit for a place called Baltimore and everything fell apart.

The success is basically Tom Brady, but hobo hoodie made the right decision on a largely controversial QB decision more than once.

Belichick is a good coach, he's just not the all time great genious he's portrayed as.

Your analysis is off based on your over simplification of having Brady as his QB. You have major holes in that theory.

Using your theory if Herm, Haley, Rex Ryan, Matt Millen etc. had selected Brady in the 6th round they would have won 3 Super Bowls.

Yup. He stuck with a Brady after Bledsoe recovered. Marty couldn't make that call in 97.

Brady might be the best of all time, Romeo Crennel could win with him...

Without Brady Belichick is a long forgotten NFL name from the past.

Hes defiinately top 5 no doubt.

Besides, have you ever seen a great HC without a great QB?

Jim Harbaugh has done a great job.

okay but he's had all season long to do that. Why now?

Well, he lives out of state and I think he's out of touch with the fan base. He's insulated. It took him all this time to realize this isn't something he can just patch up. As recently as midseason I believe Pioli still had his full support.

Also because Manning hates anything "Patriot" like Crennel who owned his ass much of the time when Romeo was still in NE. And why Manning continued to run up the score on Sunday to 35-3 b4 he decided to take himself out of the game.
