Mr. Laz 07-08-2013 05:19 PM

DeezNutz 07-08-2013 05:48 PM

Butler sucks.

TLO 07-08-2013 05:50 PM

Hosmer continues to hit the ball well.

TLO 07-08-2013 05:53 PM

Game thread seems a little dead tonight.

Coach is reporting in, late, but better late than never.

Great Expectations 07-08-2013 06:01 PM

Will the rain holds off enough for us to get this one in?

TLO 07-08-2013 06:10 PM

-King- 07-08-2013 06:11 PM

Why don't more stadiums use the tractor to pull the tarp?

TLO 07-08-2013 06:12 PM

If this game gets canceled the Yankees should forfeit due to grounds crew ineptness.

Deberg_1990 07-08-2013 06:21 PM

God hates the Royals. /Phelps

Coach 07-08-2013 06:22 PM

I wish they would show something more important than "Boys in the Hall"

AndChiefs 07-08-2013 06:25 PM

Gia's sucking again. I wish we had a good second baseman.

-King- 07-08-2013 06:27 PM

Is Boys in the Hall multiple episodes or it the same episode they play every time? I've never watched it.

6 games in and Gia is already "sucking". Your name isn't Ned Yost, is it?

I was just looking at the stat lines from that game. Just ****ing brutal. Chiefs were laying 8 points that day...

Ha, AC has been around a while.

I just would prefer that Gio (can't call him Gia, makes me think of Jolie's once great titties (RIP)) get more than 6 games before we jump ship on him. That's the exact same thing Ned/Royals brass have done to him the past few years.

RockChalk 07-08-2013 06:37 PM

On a side note, this Boys in the Hall shit might be the most boring thing I've ever seen on TV

I agree. Still gets me enraged, then sad thinking about it. I was 11 and it destroyed me for a while. Saddest I have felt after watching a sporting event. I won't forget it.

Bob Dutton ‏@Royals_Report
Estimating an 8:10 p.m. Central time re-start. That would be a delay of exactly an hour.

I was 9 at the time that game was played. I remember that day vividly. Me and my parents were at Crown Center for some reason and I came home and was absolutely stunned that we lost. (most of my childhood life, I'd just took for granted that we'd win at home against inferior teams, which the Colts were), but then I remembered a conversation my Dad and Uncle were having, and that my Uncle actually wished we were playing the Chargers, rather than the Colts, since we were familiar with the Chargers, or something like that.

I actually asked my Dad why we didn't watch the game and let Mom control us, and he said it was because he was scared to death of the outcome. Guess he was right.

I cried when we lost to the Broncos in 97. I hated losing to those cheating panzies and will never forget it. It happens.

Coach 07-08-2013 07:09 PM

Hopefully the hour layoff won't hurt Guts....

Coach 07-08-2013 07:12 PM

Nice inning after an hour delay.

TLO 07-08-2013 07:12 PM

Getting in late on the Colts v Chiefs game talk. I was 7 when it happened. I vaguely remember my Dad and my Grandpa yelling a lot. Remembering back I was pretty pissed after the 03 Colts loss. :(

P-90Rex 07-08-2013 07:16 PM

I prefer Hughes being in. Too bad

Ceej 07-08-2013 07:17 PM

When Lough misses he misses bad.
