How fun would it be to make Kawika a Strong Safety.
Just love the way he flex those guns after each tackle.
He's got speed to cover WRs. That guy loves to hit (even coming out of college, known as a hit-happy dude). He's listed at 6'1" 253. Loose about 10-15 lbs. and we could be revolutionalizing the position of SS. 6'1" 230. He can provide a train-wreck every time a WR/TE thinks about going in the middle... and obviously he can continue to do the things he's been doing so well this year (stopping the runner). After all, SS are usually used to provide run support. |
Yeah, the Chiefs have a great track record with changing players' natural positions in the pros.

He's turning into a real headhunter at MLB. Why take a chance on ruining that with a bad gamble that he can actually become the next Roy Williams/Sean Taylor?
Leave him as a Linebacker! |
Just because he ran step for step with a lolly-gagging Randy Moss, doesn't mean he has WR speed.

I'm thinking cornerback.

Here's an idea. How about we make Dante Hall a left tackle? He could really get to the edge on those stretch plays.
|
I think Willie Roaf would make a fine QB.

No....he'd be much more effective as a Defensive Tackle. With that first step he would be such a great threat to rush the passer! |
Yeah, and I would make a great Chiefs cheerleader, even with all the hair on my legs.
|
See! How fun it was.

Let's move Kawika to SS and replace his MLB spot with Gunther. Think of the fire and the passion that guy could instill in the D!
|
Sounds like Thomas Davis. He was just awesome at Georgia. The panthers can't seem to figure out where to play him.
