Why in the **** is this class being called shitty? It looks much better than the 2008 class for crying out loud.

Seriously. Matt Ryan and Joe Flacco weren't exactly lighting it up in college and look at them now.

God I hate Kiper.

Eh I disagree. If there was a perennial pro bowl Guard out there and the Chiefs used that 1 or 2 pick on him, I'd still be upset. Why? Because we still wouldn't be winning SBs.

No we'd be better off just taking the best available QB. You'd either hit and be eligible for a SB down the road, or you'd whiff and come back in 3-4 years and take another QB.

Now explain why the Chiefs would make that move. Drunk on draft day? The entire FO is killed in a horrible plane crash and Clark's heretofore unknown crack addicted half brother is running the draft? Someone accidentally sends up a printout of this article and the Commish reads off the first player name he sees? What's the excuse?

If Tyson Jackson played like Richard Seymour, I'd still be ****ing pissed that we took him at ****ing 3.

Yep. It's a crapshoot. Might as well take a position that matters.

Ben Roethlisberger went 11th overall in 04. Just because some scouts believe Matt Barkley to be around the #10-15th best player in this league doesn't me that's where we'll stay.

I think Kiper lives to get negative reactions from his BS.

Ignore him. I mean christ hes still rocking the bevis and butthead hairdo.

Just think - they could have gotten Burfict last year instead of Junior Hemingway or Jerome ****ing Long.

It's like the ESPN reeruns read CP and say shit just to piss us off even more.

My original post said "if you have the QB" then the position doesn't matter, take the highest graded player.

It's not that simple. You have to look at "bang for your buck" in the draft. The #1 guy in a position of lesser impact isn't going to help you as much as the #2 or even #3 guy in a position of greater impact.

Mel Kiper received $5,000 from Pioli to say that shit!

All I care about is the Chiefs choosing the RIGHT GUY with the #1 overall pick.

I couldn't care less about the others.

A high first round pick is all this defense needs to be top notch.
