Good Mortgage Company

I am looking for a good mortgage company in the KC metro area. Particularly close to overland park and Olathe area. Thanks!

I had JB Nutter on several different mortgages. They a locally based in Westport and always had the best rates.

James B Nutter. I know guys who work there. Good company and great sports fans.

Capital Federal has great loans. Especially the ability to re-set your rate for a low flat rate. Saved us huge on ours.

Might try Argentine Federal Saving as well... small local bank. Ask for Mark. He's the president. Not sure if they specialize in first home Mortgages, but they are wonderful for investments.

PM for a reference to drop.

This guy is awesome, and is very good at explaining every step along the way which is valuable for a first time home buyer. I work with him multiple times a week and refer a lot of business his way. Awesome loan officer and great company.

yes, I will hunt you down and kick you in the balls if you use Wells Fargo. They derailed our sale, our purchase, and our sellers out of state purchasefor almost a week because they just didn't get the loan for our buyer done in time for closing. And didn't say anything until a day prior. And couldn't give us a timeline for when it would be done.
