Seinfeld went to a dentist's appointment, and was shocked to see that the dentist had hired hot assistants and had Playboy and Hustler in the waiting room. The dentist examined him and recommended rescheduling for a root canal. After the root canal, Seinfeld was waking up groggily, and he thinks he sees the assistant buttoning up her blouse and the dentist adjusting his zipper. Further his shirt hem was untucked.
Relating it to Elaine, she asks if he went in to the appointment tucked or untucked, whereupon Jerry exclaims "I think I was TUCKED!!"
