Oh, I didn't say where he should try handing IN said resume, just that he should start polishing it. And practicing the line, "Would you like fries with that?"

I bet McBowlen wishes he had that one back.He has definitely set the Donks back years. Which is good.:thumb:

And I'll go on the record as saying I never understood the ballwashing McDaniels got. Just because he came from the Patriots doesn't mean he's any good; in fact, going by the track record of coaches who've left (Mangini with the Jets, Crennel with the Browns, Weis with Notre Dame) it was probably a foregone conclusion that he'd fizzle out. So what, he was the QB coach in '04 and then the OC in '07; he had Tom Frigging Brady running the offense, and then got handed Randy Moss. Who do people think was really responsible for the success? Brady, Moss, Belichick, or McDiapers?

The level of irony is epic.

I'm not taking any kind of ground. I'm just calling a spade a spade even though he's my spade. I could care less if he shook his hand and I could care less if he's immature. I'm immature and I love it. What he did was immature too.

Yeah, but it was hilarious!

It should have been easy to figure out who the real mastermind of the Pats was. BB has been through several coordinators and still continues his success. He doesn't blink when getting rid of Moss and still has success. The man has shit figured out! Call him a cheater or whatever, he knows what it takes to win and say FU to everyone else in the process! I love Haleys attitude...reminds me a little of BB.

I'll admit that I thought McDeMille would be an interesting choice for HC. Mainly because of the connection with Cassel and the fact that I wanted a young, offensive-minded coach who could grow with the team and stay for awhile (since continuity in coaching has proven advantageous for many franchises over the years).

Haley wasn't on my radar at all, at the time. I'm really, really glad we got Haley, though. I've liked him from the start and believe he was exactly what this fat, lazy pack of losers needed.
