****Official NFL Wildcard Weekend Thread****

Didn't see one yet. CIN/HOU in progress now, MIN/GB tonight at 8 EST.

I doubt that all this winning and shit these people are doing will distract us from Andy Reid.

Sunday!
IND at BAL 1pm EST, CBS
SEA at WAS 4:30pm EST, FOX

chefsos 01-05-2013 03:41 PM

Hah! Got it in between CP aids outbreaks!

Bengals and Packers as my winners. Just a feeling.

I'd still really like to think the Texans are a viable opponent to knock the Manning's off but they have just sucked as of late.

Buck 01-05-2013 03:46 PM

Do Cowboys fans hate the Texans? If so I'm rooting for a Texans - Skins Super Bowl.

Hate to say it but you might be stuck rooting for the Pats if you want Denver to lose. The Texans haven't looked the same the last few weeks.

By the way, anyone looking to stream online can watch todays games at http://nbcsports.msnbc.com/

chefsos 01-05-2013 03:54 PM

I think the Texans, much like the MLB Rangers in October, have found themselves stuck in a game they never dreamed they'd be in, and they will be tight. Cincinnati will probably go in there and beat 'em, and big changes will be required.

LiveSteam 01-05-2013 03:56 PM

Ouch!

Sannyasi 01-05-2013 03:57 PM

Pathetic

Smed1065 01-05-2013 03:59 PM

Watt is a beast.

Fine by me. Anyone but the Donkies in the SB or to win it all.

Rugby Thompson 01-05-2013 04:02 PM

i hate schaub, he can't elevate texans to the next level.

I think he was the last QB and team to beat the Manning's and they tore them a pretty good one, in Denver.

jd1020 01-05-2013 04:04 PM

Dalton with -6 yards passing so far? ROFL

the Talking Can 01-05-2013 04:07 PM

burfict

ufa

174 tackles

he was a dumpster fire in college

he just doesn't strike me as elite or box office, he's boring to watch

Demonpenz 01-05-2013 04:18 PM

Chiefs should give the bengals a 2nd for burfect

ILChief 01-05-2013 04:19 PM

Bengals look a lot like KC

Heh, I was about to say the same thing about Houston.

chefsos 01-05-2013 04:23 PM

Game changer.

Demonpenz 01-05-2013 04:23 PM

That was an AMAZING play to catch the ball and stay on his feet.

Quesadilla Joe 01-05-2013 04:24 PM

Let's go Cinci!

I think Baltimore would have a better shot of knocking NE out of the playoffs than the Texans would right now.

Chiefs Pantalones 01-05-2013 04:24 PM

Schaub is not a franchise QB, this much we all know. Great play by Hall.

OnTheWarpath15 01-05-2013 04:25 PM

Casselception!

Sorry, habit.

Really good team without a great trigger man.

This is the game America naps through while waiting for the Packers/Vikings game.

jd1020 01-05-2013 04:26 PM

Is Dalton going to make it into the positive before half?

That could be THE defensive play of this years post season. Yes, it was that good!

Bengals have a great mix of young and veteran players on D.

CaliforniaChief 01-05-2013 04:27 PM

Boy the Texans look a lot like the Chiefs right now in terms of play calling.

Scared QB, screens and dumps.

OnTheWarpath15 01-05-2013 04:27 PM

I don't think I've ever seen this many negative passing plays in a game, much less a quarter and some change.

notorious 01-05-2013 04:27 PM

-17 yards passing and the Bengals are leading.

Yep, this is a Marty type game.

O.city 01-05-2013 04:27 PM

Is it really even a question in the AFC?

Anyone think a Schaub or Dalton could really beat Manning or Brady.

chefsos 01-05-2013 04:27 PM

That was actually a very nice draw play.

Demonpenz 01-05-2013 04:29 PM

Andre Johnson needs the ball.

I'd take the Texans play caller anytime.

O.city 01-05-2013 04:30 PM

Anyone think maybe Andre J has lost a step? I haven't watched a ton of them this year, but he doesn't seem to be quite the deep threat anymore.

KCUnited 01-05-2013 04:30 PM

Dumbass walked back onto the field then went down injured.

Dylan 01-05-2013 04:31 PM

foster has 62 yards already

Rugby Thompson 01-05-2013 04:31 PM

boring ass game...both these QB's suckkkk.

GIVE ME CHARLES OVER FOSTER ANY DAY

I realize some of it's beyond their control, but I'd imagine if you COMBINE his stats this year with Fitzgerald's, they might just make one good receiver. Funny how things change.

Foster looks slow compared to Charles. Well, every back in the league does, IMO.

Dylan 01-05-2013 04:33 PM

J.C. Schaub is so overrated - and the media loves him

O.city 01-05-2013 04:33 PM

This is why I get so tired of hearing, "well, the Chiefs could do like the Bengals and get a Dalton in the 2nd".

He's a game manager. Nothing more. Don't want a game manager.

So, yeah Wilson or Smith might have alot more chance at busting, but their upside is elite, which is about to the point that you have to have in order to win in the playoffs.

chefsos 01-05-2013 04:36 PM

Houston has driven up and down the field all day and they're behind.

PREDICTION: If they don't get the TD here, they will lose this game.

exactly but the fact of the matter is...Wilson & Smith are way MORE box office then Dalton and it would be worth the risk.

I never liked foster though, I know he's good but I just find him a boring back, if that makes any sense. He doesn't wow me at all like a charles or peterson.

the Talking Can 01-05-2013 04:37 PM

texans need a speedy, shifty wr

they have a crew of anonymous slow white guys who run crossing routes, and andre johnson in some kind of bermuda triangle

chefsos 01-05-2013 04:37 PM

Johnson has to catch that ball.

wow - both these teams are going nowhere

i'm hungry

besides andre, they have no other receivers at all. they might have one of the worst receiving cores in the league.

I honestly believe that even the browns have a better bunch of receivers then houston.

Rugby Thompson 01-05-2013 04:40 PM

prob going to pass out for a bit, this game is making me sleepy as hell for some reason.

Dalton just broke into the positive! 3 yards now!

jd1020 01-05-2013 04:47 PM

Dalton with .3 YPA going into the half...

ROFLROFLROFLROFLROFLROFL

Sannyasi 01-05-2013 04:47 PM

Dalton isn't good enough to force some of these throws in.

Dylan 01-05-2013 04:49 PM

ton of drops

Rugby Thompson 01-05-2013 04:50 PM

houston and cinci need a mobile RG3 newton vick type QB, i think they're offenses would unleash. these all american pocket passers suck nowadays

jd1020 01-05-2013 04:52 PM

I'll laugh if Houston comes away with points before the half. They were content on going in at 9-7 and then Cincy called a timeout after the first play.

Is Schaub a ginger too? I can't tell due to his bald-ass head.

Dylan 01-05-2013 04:53 PM

ruby, they'll be dead within five years -

newton will last longer - he's 6'5, 250 lbs

Another shining half of excellent AFC football.

Pasta Little Brioni 01-05-2013 05:01 PM

Dalton is simply awful

Chief Roundup 01-05-2013 05:01 PM

So if Kubiak loses this game he will most likely get fired.

Chiefs Pantalones 01-05-2013 05:05 PM

It seems like a lot of coaches' butt cheeks clinch up in the playoffs.

tk13 01-05-2013 05:05 PM

If Joe Webb starts for the Vikings tonight at QB this will be a real adventure.

O.city 01-05-2013 05:05 PM

Kubiak is gonna get fired?

Interesting, cause I'd take Wade Philips as a DC in a second.
