New Orleans bar to watch the Chiefs this Sunday
Wife & I are headed to New Orleans for some business - our first trip to N.O. so I'm looking for a place to watch the Chiefs play on Sunday. Anyone who lives there, or has been there, know of any decent bars close to Bourbon Street to watch the game?

Hopefully we don't muffaletta punts on Sunday.

I hear the Lower Ninth Ward is cozy.

The Corner Bar, which in just off Jackson Square on Decatur. Have watched many a Chiefs game there. Good oysters. Good seats. And plenty of Abita amber while you watch.

Just don't go with Jenson71, you will get kicked out and people you work with will not like you anymore if you do.

Big Daddys on Bourban St. The beers are warm, flat and over-priced but at least the strippers are skanky.

Don't do it man! It's a trap!

Hey - There is a group of Chiefs fans that have decided to start watching games together in New Orleans. It is a bar called "Union Station at the Bricks" on St. Joseph St. in the Warehouse District by Lee Circle.
The owner, Dominick, cooks some incredible Italian bar food and the sickest wings in town. Pretty cool. They have agreed to let us use the sound whenever we would like. Didn't know where else to put this: The Bricks Courtyard Bar & Grill 735 St. Joseph Street New Orleans, LA 70130 |
