Down to 250! Really starting to get the diet down. I'm trying to make sure most of my carb and protein intake is early in the day, I'm mixing in more an more organic foods, and I'm making sure I'm getting 1200-1400 calories per day. I was up around double that on some days. Once the weight loss evens out, I'll try to do better about restricting myself to 1200 per day. I'm also drinking more water.

I think it's about time to start exercising. I think we're supposed to be coming into some nasty weather soon (not sure exactly what or how nasty), so I'm going to look at some small weights and maybe a workout video. Plenty of room to jump around in the basement. :)

Well done you guys! And JUMP AROUND! (dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun) JUMP AROUND! (dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun) repeat many times.

Holy **** I'm fat. I didn't realize how bad I had gotten until I went to get dressed this morning and my pants were really tight.

****.

Hey how is everyone doing so far?

I'm down about 12 pounds and I just bought a bike today. It was too dark outside and the lights don't work on it so I rode it only a little bit, about maybe .2-.25 miles and I was worn out afterward. Way the **** out of shape.

Going to try to ride it about 5 miles tomorrow during the day.

I also got these Super Stim things in the mail off the recommendation of Claythan. We'll see how tomorrow goes.

Buck 01-13-2012 05:34 AM

Oh and I plan on starting C25K in about 2 weeks. I'm going to quit smoking and get 2 good weeks of biking in to open my lungs a little more before I start running.

Oops, the whole reason I bumped this thread was to post this pic and I forgot.

This is funny for all of my fellow no-carb CP'ers.

Last time I weighed, I was down about 10 lbs. Went to watch some friends play last night, and I ended up having one drink and one beer. I wouldn't have had the beer, but it was a tall Blvd Wheat misdraw. The cashier rang it in as that instead of a Sam Adams, so I got it for free.

I feel really good about the changes I've made. I'm not doing anything gimmicky. I am drinking a protein supplement in the mornings now, but considering I never ate breakfast it's a step up. And I drink it with unsweetened almond milk instead of regular milk.

I bought two 2 lb weights to use whenever I try the new cardio workout dvd I bought. I really want to try Zumba. I was thinking it came on dvd, but it seems that I need a gaming system in order to do it.

I said wtf and decided not to wait until after Super Bowl and went ahead and started back on low carb and have lost 5lbs. so far.

The temptation is no problem during the week but starting tomorrow during the play-offs that'll change.Right now the plan is Crown Royal on the rocks absolutely no beer, wish me luck on that one.

Checking in at 191 and change.

averaging 25 minutes daily on EA Active 2 for Wii. Trying to cap my daily calorie intake at 1500 along with increasing fruit, veggies and water. My core has become more solid.

I dont want to be buff, I just want to be habitually healthy.

Well I'm glad there's at least still a couple people checking into this thing. Last year's thread seemed to be updated every single day. I'm afraid that 2012 has been a bad year for resolutions so far.

Dartgod 01-13-2012 05:30 PM

The wife and I both started Weight Watchers online earlier this week. It has been pretty easy so far, making better choices and watching portion sizes, yet eating good food.

We've recommitted to working out at least 4-5 days a week. First weigh in is Sunday, so we'll see how it went.

Actually, it's been a very good year for me.

Yup :thumb: I've noticed. You and I are the only ones who are really posting regularly in this thread. Keep it up, I know I will. (heh)
