Loved Titan Quest. Probably my all time favorite "Diablo" like game. Hope this one doesn't disappoint.

50 bucks for alpha? Cant do it. Would prob do it if it was 20. Most games are doing a low price in alpha and then ramping up as the game gets more polished.

Though I can say right now it looks more polished than POE

Rumor has it that Iron Lore put checks into Titan Quest that would cause you computer to BSOD if it didn't find the proper CD.

Actually I started looking at this and it looks kind of good. Went ahead and bought it using a prepaid bonus card thing from work, so basically free.

downloading now.

I played the crap out of TQ and never had a blue screen, even when i forgot to put the disc in.

It's really fun so far, the music may be some of the best i've heard for a game like this. Really puts the mood where it should be.

Anyone else playing this? Started last night, very cool so far even though it's only about 1/3rd done(alpha)

I wanted to play multi player :X But it seems as if you cant yet. Combat is well done, needs graphic/environment improvement/content etc but the base for a good game is there.

It's already more fun than Path of Exile, the controls are a bazillion times more fluid, however lack of Multiplayer kind of holds it back at least at this point.

POE was great in concept but has so far failed in execution, Grim Dawn has the gameplay down, they just need to flesh out the content. Admittedly, they are in Alpha.. and they are a very small studio. I will continue to play a bit and post in Alpha forums.

I totally agree, if only POE was more fluid...it's entirely too clunky to play. I really tried playing and it's somewhat fun but didn't hold my interest.

I love the game but the alpha is super short, only one act basically.
