I felt like they were actually improved last year but a combo of no ability to throw downfield and horrific junior high level kicking wasted our solid running game. By the midway point of the year Weis basically gave up on attempting FGs most of the time and just started going for it on 4th down.

Charlie totally pulled a Bowden last year. Let's hope he got a kicker.

KU might be better, but that's like saying a dog turd would smell better with some Febreze sprayed on it.

He's a helluva good coach. I think he does a great job with the situation he has up there. No offense to anybody in Ames. The last time Jack predicted KU would have a good season they won the Orange Bowl. It is what it is.
