If you look at just his play I'd give him a B+. But if you consider the O-Line is Sub-par, the receivers are scrubs, we're on our 3 and 4th TEs and our running game was almost non existent today I gave him a solid A. Honestly how can you give him anything less? They are 4-0. Enough said.

I can't give the guy anything but an A when he's 4-0 and on pace for those kinda numbers.
I see what some of you are saying about areas for improvement, but if we get technical here an A is 96.9% – 93%. That's not perfect, and leaves plenty of room for improvement. A+ is 97% - 100% which means you're either damn near perfect or perfect indeed. Those are the elite. We all knew Alex wasn't elite when we got him, so if he's dancing around just below that and can continue to do I'll definitely be happy. |
F+. He doesn't throw deep enough, he only gets the plus because the team is 4-0.

We are on pace for 19-0.

A. He's QB for a shocker of a 4-0 team. His running ability has kept so many drives alive.
|
B. Be sensible here.
A+ is Peyton. Maybe Rodgers and, IDK, 1 or 2 other guys? Haven't checked the stats. A is 65% and a much better threat to challenge the defense at the 2nd level. I guess you could argue B+, but whatever. |
Gotta go with an A.
He has surpassed all my expectations thus far. On pace for a 28 td season, not too shabby. 4-0 is awesome. His scrambling has added an extra dimension to the offense that keeps drives alive. If he didn't have the picks today I'd have slotted him with an A+. |
B. He has been pretty good but he could definitely improve in areas. The reason we are undefeated is because of Bob Sutton and the defense and the special teams unit.
|
B+
He gets into A territory with more throws that stretch the field like we watched in the second half, but I feel guilty even saying that... so he's mostly thrown medium to short, who cares, its been working. |
C+
I don't round up. He is what we thought he is. |
I give him a B/B+. He is playing good football despite crappy O-Line play and lack of running game. He is also lights out in the 4th quarter. My only concern is the fact that we can't seem to score much offensively in quarters 1-3. His play in the 4th quarter is fantastic when we have a lead, but can he keep up with a higher scoring team (ala Denver) in a shootout? Against a team like that we can't afford 3 quarters of meh offense.
