Pioli decides everything on this team, if you want tin foil hat stuff, I think maybe Pioli has already been told he won't be back. It could explain why there have been no late season signings or moves, (many of the resignings have happened in season.), and Crennel seems to be working without restriction, as far as who starts, a freedom Haley never seemed to have.

If I were to guess, Pioli has been striped of his power already.

Albert Brees has been defending Pioli tooth and nail for three last few months. Never has he deterred from his opinion that Pioli would stay. I think at this point he's just too stubborn to admit that he was wrong.
