Yeah,I waited years for DTV to FINALLY offer locals in my area and just as I get them Fox 4 gets bumped less than a year later.

I had a hard time believing they were actually going to show the Saints/Redskins in ****ing Des Moines, IA.

Especially since this is 1 of 2 or 3 chances they usually get ALL YEAR to show the Chiefs in a large Chiefs market.

Its not always 100% accurate. The local affliates sometimes change at the last minute. If they are not in an NFL market, they can show any game they want depending on what they think will be the biggest draw.

The Chiefs would be by far the biggest draw. There's a ton of Viking and Bears fans plus quite a few Packers fans but the Chiefs are huge in Des Moines.
