Isn't Stanzi on IR or something? If Cassel can't play, who is Quinn's backup?

I'm torn about Matt. I am sick of watching him play, but I wanted him to continue to start and rack up 30+ INTs this season.

How is that game plan a change? 50 carries today to be competetive. Tried riding Cassel's coattails the first 4 games and got our asses handed to us. Went all Tebow today, and nearly won.

All Quinn has to do is play like he did today and we suddenly have the potential to win a bunch of games. Of that, I have no doubt.

Heck, he could even through a few INTs along the way and it would still be an improvement over the gigantic avalanche of INTs and quarterback fumbles we've been trying to overcome week after week.

But, you're right. The team will also tend to rally to him which will help. The main thing is that we could add a semblance of a passing attack to our offense. And that, Mr. Mr_Tomahawk, could make a tremendous difference in this team ... on both sides of the ball.

A solid play action would have eaten the Ratbirds alive today.

Stanzi is 3rd QB and inactive on gamedays.

He'll be active if Quinn starts.

Why would we see anything but game-planning like today?

They obviously don't trust Matt, so they run 50 times and throw 15.

They obviously don't trust Quinn, or they'd start him over the guy they dialed the gameplan back to 1935 to protect.

I couldn't see a shot to the head at all.

It did look as though his left shoulder took a shot.

But, yeah. Whatever...
