JFC. Seriously, I pity Chargers fans if they keep Norv. It's been clear for AT LEAST two years now that he is never going to get them anywhere. He tops out at OC. He's Wade Phillips nemesis or whatever.

Give me Norv as OC and Wade as DC and I'll take just about anybody who doesn't get in their way as HC. But either as HC. :shake:

Sad to say, I could easily see a scenario where the chiefs follow the same path.

Egotistic gm can't get along with the coach. Nobody wants to work for egotistic gm. The chiefs settle for a coach. And again, I worry big time that Romeo is basically norv turner.
