Dont know off the top of my head....but what does a GM do in mid season?

Most of their work is done in the offseason I would think.

Would be awesome if true. But I can't for a minute think that a GM would be held accountable for the outcome of a single game.

So the front office won't tell reporters yesterday wheter his contract has been extended or not, but come out with a specific detail concerning his job performance and a termination pending a victory? Pisoli twisting the knife he stuck in our backs

This is actually what I find the most believable.

scouting players for 13 draft, roster moves. we need pioli fired now so the job gets really enticing for everyone around the league like it would. someone watching from the outside and seeing how dirtay geno is

qabbaan 10-12-2012 03:58 PM

Carl was forced out during the season, and after stories were printed that Clark was pissed about the on field play and stormed out of his suite.

Hunt might want to make a change at midseason, so we can work on finding a replacement and being ready for offseason activities (like hopefully resigning Bowe before Pioli has a chance to let him walk)
