Excellent. That looks pretty good. Too much sauce, but that's my own personal quirk.

I had an 8oz sirloin. It was alright, cooked it too long though and it was kinda old(exp date was in Jan). Side was some mashed potatos and shell macaroni and corn on the cob.

I'm thinking of running to the theater to carry out a large tub of popcorn.
But it's awefully cold. I may do nothing. |

Sunday I crank up the smoker and/or grill.
Yesterday I did a small brisket for dinner/lunches through out the week (didn’t make it, we ate most of it) A smoked, stuffed pork loin. (stuffed with apricot, celery, onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and parsley) We had this for dinner with smashed potatoes and sautéed mixed mushrooms And a big ol pot of chicken (noodle) soup. Found the chicken on sale for 88 cents a pound and needed to clear out my veggie drawer, so I now have lunch for the week! Sorry no pictures of said smoked, stuffed pork loin. |

Had a sweet potato and braised chard gratin with a bechamel sauce and some leftover chipotle pumpkin and black bean soup with a dollop of creme fraiche. No I'm not gay. Yes, I can cook like a mother****er.
