Ok, I need a gag gift for a Client's Christmas party.

Is there anyone here who could take a picture and make it look like the cover of playboy? Its a photo of a guy who is running for governor in Iowa and he wants to tax porn, which I find kinda funny, and don't know what the point of it really is.

Would someone be willing to do this for me?
