Tomorrow night Tamales from Tucson Tamale Co, beans, rice and rum. For xXxmas ham, ham and more ham. Oh some sides and deserts from Trader Joe's and more rum.

BucEyedPea 12-24-2012 01:26 AM

Prime Rib, creamy horseradish sauce on the side, giant popovers, field green salad, sour cream and chive mashed taters and roasted veggies. Cabernet Sauvignon red wine. Dessert: platter of various homemade cookies, cake and coffee.

Fresh ham (not that cured, pre-sliced horseshit), trifecta potatoes au gratin, some ****ing cheesecake I haven't decided upon, some veggie shit...maybe a stuffed mushroom thing, maybe some creamed spinach...

Or maybe I'll go and get a bunch of $1 McRibs. Them ****ers be tasty, yo.

Tonight I'm making Bacon Explosion, bacon wrapped chicken breasts, oysters and stone crab claws along with the fixings. Tomorrow, I'm letting others cook

 I gotta stay out of this thread. I'm getting a 20 piece McNugget meal. I won't be able to see my family until Jan 8, thanks to work. Hope to get a good meal then.

How do you make buffalo chicken mac and cheese? If you don't respond, expect copious amounts of PM's and Facebook harassment until you do. This is very important. :D

This thread makes me a little sad. :(

I wish I could gather you poor ****ers that are going to be alone on Christmas and cook you up a gourmet meal.

I've got a brisket on The Big Green Egg for tonight. Tomorrow night we are having prawns and lamb chops.

Make that a menu for 26. When should Mrs. FMB! and I get there?

I am going to try to make Prime Rib for the first time and only planning on a small group of 5. I am going to put it in a roaster and see how that works.

Any advice on the best way to cook Prime Rib?
