The Chargers beat the Raiders Thursday night, Oakland's tenth loss of the season. The Raiders have now lost at least 10 games in each of the last six seasons, matching the second-longest such streak in NFL history. Tampa Bay had 12 consecutive seasons with 10-or-more losses from 1983 to 1994 and Detroit had six in a row from 2001 to 2006.

Im almost certain the NFL has marketing groups out there to analyze which teams draw the biggest ratings regardless of record.

That being said nobody outside of denver and kc would give 2 turds to see the 2-10 chiefs do anything that didn't result in an explosion on live tv.

When I went to Northern California a couple of years ago I was amazed to see people sporting Raiders gear who didn't look like they're were on parole.

They would lose - Russell couldn't complete a pass if there was NO other team on the field - he has to be secretly 70% vision-impaired or something (other than just being stupid).

Exactly, you wouldn't be seeing near as much raider gear sold if their uniforms were pink with turquoise trim.
