Baldwin appears to be #2 WR
Chiefs | Jonathan Baldwin seems to be top choice for No. 2 WR job
Thu, 16 May 2013 16:37:02 -0700 Kansas City Chiefs WR Jonathan Baldwin appears to be the favorite for the No. 2 wide receiver job at this point but has not emerged as the dominant offseason player like he was last offseason. WRs Donnie Avery, Dexter McCluster and Terrance Copper are also expected to be candidates for the job. Share: | Source: The Kansas City Star - Adam Teicher I really hope he breaks out this year. I know most have written him off but by God he has some talent and just maybe Reid will bring it out. Anyway Avery is already hurt. |

**** yeah.
I said a long time ago to watch out for this kid. Give him a decent QB and some coaching stability. Good news |

Runs shitty routes and doesn't know how to break press. Which would be fine, except that he refuses to be coached. |

I totally believe in everything you just said. |

Maybe in toilet terms. |

And add in that he had a reputation for being a diva, including publicly calling out his coach and his quarterback for his problems and asking the Quarterback to throw the ball to him so he can raise his draft stock. But I'm sure there's a logical explanation for how a player with that kind of athleticism never improves since his sophomore year in college. |

I really hope that I am wrong. Scheme and coaching can be everything. |

Agree totally. This year will be the tell all though. But I've seen many occassions where he was wide ****ing open but our shit for QB was looking for a place to go fetal. If he could turn out to be the 2nd coming of Bowe (and he has that potential) look out ! |
I've heard he's taken some reps at TE from my source JASONSAITO
