yes it does. he will be missed

The Royals have many sins, but I thought the handling of Fred Whites and Splitts departure was classy and well done.
Wow ... R.I.P
What memories. RIP Fred!
Fred White and Denny Matthews were the best.
On Brett's birthday. RIP
I spent summers in the 1970s at my grandparents' in MO, listening to Denny and Fred on the radio. Good teams, good times.
RIP, voice of my youth. |
RIP Fred

So much memories, this is one of the best. I remember listening to him at my Grandparents, and in my room late at night.

I loved Fred White and was sorry to see him leave the radio booth. He was a K-State guy. Good guy. When you work at a place for 40 years that's doing something. Hope the Royals do something to remember him this year.
The voice of growing up. Before TV. Rest in Peace, Fred.
I listened to him and Denny Mathews a lot of hours, and they were great at making the games enjoyable to listen to.
R.I.P. Mr. Fred White, you were one of the very best. :( |
For Denny Matthews this is Fred White saying so long from Royals Stadium
Whoa...figured it would be soon after the retirement announcement, but that was really quick.
