Chicago advice and must see's

So, I am heading to Chicago on Friday and have all day Saturday to kill, staying at the Hard Rock hotel on Michigan Street. So far all we have planned is to check out the Sears Tower (or whatever it's called now) and a dinner at Ditkas and possibly the House of Blues after. Never been to Chicago, the weather looks decent for the weekend I'll be there.

Any Advice?

I've been there once on business. Got to Wrigley and saw a Cubs game, and went to Navy Pier. I'd recommend both.

The city itself was cool as hell, IMO. I'm a small town guy, and I really enjoyed it.

I was fortunate to be invited by a manufacturer of one of the products my company uses alot of to tour their facility and watch the Bears Seahawks in their luxury box. They gave me 8 spots airfare lodging and game included! Pretty frickin sweet. So I'm taking 2 others in my company and 5 of my best clients.

The facility is in Hoffman estates, somewhere near Chicago apparently.

Also... we rode the L-Train all over the city. My first experience with public transportation. To me, that was kinda cool. There were a lot of bored passengers... but nobody was rude or anything.

I left Chicago liking Chicago.

I hope the score end up being 25 or 6 to 4, because it would be cool to say that you went to Chicago and saw that game.

Go to the top of the John Hancock building and have dinner/lunch. Helluva view and one helluva ride up in the elevator because you feel like you are on a rocket. 100 floors in a flash.

Some of the many cool paintings in the Art Institute of Chicago.
