Sweet. I have both SwiftKey and Swype on my phone but only use Swype. If Swiftkey can combine their sweet keyboard with the ability to swype it sounds like win. I LOVE the idea of having both tap-type and swype ability at the same time. I signed up for the beta.
Thanks for the heads-up 'Face.

There are some rumors that Google will introduce a Swype like option in 4.2 as well. The 4.1 keyboard already took a lot of "inspiration" from Swiftkey.

Any GS3 users have the Allshare Cast? I'd like to take advantage of mirroring to my Samsung TV.

The Allshare is 100 bucks, just wondering if it's worth it. Reviews are spotty.

i like swype a lot but nobody has some up with a great way to use punctuation. you always have to backspace and longpress or whatever. any ideas?

also, SlideIT Keyboard and Touchpal are decent, but i still prefer swype so far. one thing i like about touchpal is the ability to customize your keyboard layout

Anyone running Jelly Bean, yet?

I flashed CM10 last night.

Very nice. Lots of themes in Google Play for cm10.

Yeah, I've been on JB for a couple months now. Honestly, it's hard to identify what the differences are between it an ICS aside from Google Now, but it seems to work pretty well.

CM10 likely has more features than Google's Jelly Bean.

Several themes.

I was used to ICS/Touchwiz.

Hey Dave,
Do you have to flash Gaps separately with CM10? I'd like to try AOSP rom on my EVO.

Yes, but it's fairly easy. Just download a flashable zip and go...

Yes, just as others have said. :)

Are you using RA for your recovery?

Have you heard of TWRP? Its a touch recovery. It is fast. It can be flashed thru recovery.

You can also move stuff around, from the phone storage to the SD card. I love it.

Using Amon Ra for recovery. Haven't heard of TWRP, will have to look into it. Thanks for the tips.
