Saints WERE NEVER FINED OR FLAGGED FOR ILLEGAL HITS. Tagliabue knew that.

They did however have a pay for play like all teams do even your Chiefs.

But you right it was a bullshit witch hunt designed to keep the Saints from playing the Super Bowl in their home stadium. That's all it was.
