There are 24 hour day servers

I am getting used to finding good servers.


It's getting better. The learning curve is beyond anything I have had to mess with yet.

We need a good 3 or 4 people and a server (public) to party on. Hometeam already has a mumble server setup.
I assume we're all using DayZcommander to launch into games.. Shouldn't be hard to get on the same server.

tip for newbs: don't get attached to your loot.

If we can get together on STEAM first, so that we can all converse and be online at the same time, then hop in mumble and find a server.

I still like my private hive laughingman server, as you get to know the community somewhat and who's douche and not, where people like to be etc.

I don't know if I am ready yet. I don't want you guys to have to drag a sorry player like me around. ;)

On as side note, I turned the graphics on the lowest setting, and things are a lot smoother and I really can't tell a huge difference in sharpness.

How long does it take to respawn in this game?

I exit without disconnecting, then start again. It won't do it automatically.



I managed to find a bicycle, and I pedaled my happy ass down a cliff wall, broke my bones and knocked myself out in a creek. ROFL

Relogged, lucked out and got put next to the light tower with bicycles. They are the shit when used right.

I will pedal through a hot zone and do recon, draw the Zeds out and circle back to take loot.

The hardest part is remembering where I put the bike. LMAO

That helicopter shit is waaaaaay beyond my skillset.


I will stick with bikes and Zombies for now.
