FULL PAGE AD IN THE STAR
I think it's time all of us fans start taking a more agressive approach at making some changes on this team
I propose we all take up a collection to pay for a full page ad in the Star. We'll need to decide what message to send to the Hunt family. We need to let them know we're all sick and tired of mediocrity......at best. Carl's 5 year plan expired many years ago. RRPP is not the only offensive game plan available. Maybe we can get tinyevil to come up with the most effective ad. So, what does everyone think ? Everybody chip in $10 or $20 bucks and maybe, just maybe the Hunt's will take notice we're not happy and they need to make some changes. At least it's something we all could do besides just bitching about the team on the planet. |

I mentioned this last week. I'm in Ohio, so I can't do much. Those in the KC area most certainly could. I'd chip in a few bucks, also...

Good luck. ROFL

LOL

Why do I have a feeling that Stumpy is planning a vacation to Cozumel?
|
I don't live in the KC area so someone up there would need to handle it but I'm sure somone would be happy to do it.

Does anyone on here advertise in the star? The first thing we need to know is the cost. I have no idea, but i imagine that the cost will be quite a bit.
|
I have a feeling that it will take A LOT of people at $10-$20 a donation to pay for the add. I wouldn't be surprised if an add like that wouldn't cost a grand or better for just one day. Even in the local fish wrap to run a small add for a coupld of days runs better than $100.

I'll meet you in the middle and send in $15. Best thing to do would be to setup a PayPal account seeing as how we're all spread out.
|
I'm in for $20.
|
The cost of a full page ad would be astronomical.
|
I would help out

Maybe we can appeal to the star for a discount. Consider it a community service project. |
