My former in laws lived out your way, which I think is Iowa and they were crazy about 'em. I never understood it. I mean they're okay, just for me they "overrated." Plus they're too phallic looking. I never heard of them until I went out there.

I remember my grandma always cooked the steak until it was overly well done. Had to add ketchup or A-1 to it to provide enough moisture not to choke on it.
