Trent Green still in hospital

Ok, so whoever said that Green will miss just 2 games is mistaken.

Its running across the ticker on NFL Network right now.

Chiefs GM/CEO Carl Peterson announced that Trent Green is expected to be released from the hospital on Tuesday following the head trauma suffered in Sunday's game.

Peterson said that there is no timetable for Green's return to the field.

so how does that mean people are wrong. . .he didnt say a timetable. . .and people having been saying 2 games which is basically 4 weeks

KK had Leabo on who was at Arrowhead, King Carl said Trent would be kept one more night at the hospital, released tomorrow most likely, then wait and see.

I'd think he'd be ready for SF by week four, unless he's really f'ed up, like, Troy Aikman F'ed up...

Right. People have been saying 2 games which is 4 weeks.

Why are they saying it?

If this were true, then there would be a 4 week timetable for Green's return to the field.

As said from Carl Peterson, THERE ISNT A TIMETABLE.

It could be ANY length of time before we see Green return to the field, not just within the next 4 weeks.

When Trent finally came to, his first words were "Willie...John Welbourn is that you? Thank God your here"...So sad :shake:

For all we know this could be as bad as Priest's injury and he could be done for the season.

We really need another thread for every story/opinion that comes out.

Yes, because the back of your skull is just as delicate as your cervical spine.

What's the big deal? There's no way this team goes anywhere with or wothout Trent. I'd much rather him take his time and come back when he's completely healthy because whoever's back there is going to get killed. We saw it last year without Roaf and Welbourn, and again this year in preseason, yet nothing was done about it. So, it is what it is now.
